Travel Safety (the "App") is a reference tool that displays general information such as local emergency telephone numbers and embassy or consulate contact details, for general informational purposes only. It does not provide emergency, medical, rescue, security, legal, or consular services or advice, and it does not connect you to or dispatch any emergency responder or authority.
The App does not place calls on your behalf and cannot summon assistance. Any call is made by you, using your own device and mobile carrier, subject to network coverage and carrier charges. We are not responsible for whether a call connects, how it is routed, or its outcome.
The information in the App is aggregated from official and publicly available sources (such as foreign-ministry portals and open public databases) and is not authored by us. Emergency numbers, addresses, opening hours, and embassy or consulate details vary by country and change over time, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable — including when used offline. Independently verify any information through official sources before relying on it.
You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions and for verifying information before acting on it. Do not delay contacting emergency services in order to use the App. By using the App, you accept these limitations and assume the associated risks.
This disclaimer forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Use, including the "Disclaimer of Warranties" and "Limitation of Liability" sections, which set out the extent to which our liability is excluded or limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
